Cancellation Policy

Effective October 7, 2026

1. No subscriptions

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel and no future charge to stop.

2. Stopping use

You can stop using the Service at any time. Unused credits stay in your account until you ask us to close it.

3. Closing your account

Email support@squeezereel.com from the address on your account. We delete the account and its job records within 30 days, except records we must keep by law. Closing an account forfeits unused credits unless you have a refund right under the Refund Policy.

4. If we ever offer renewing plans

Any plan that renews would say so before you pay, show the renewal price and date, send a reminder before each charge, and be cancellable from your account in one step.
