Refund Policy

1. Automatic returns

Credits spent on a file that fails, or that we cannot process, are returned to your balance automatically. Free-allowance files that fail do not count against your daily limit.

2. Credit packs

• If a purchase does not deliver the credits you paid for, we add them or refund the payment in full.
• You can ask for a full refund of a pack within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any credit from it.
• Credits you have already used are not refundable, except as required by law or where the Service did not work as described.

3. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, including statutory rights of withdrawal where they apply.

4. How to ask

Email support@squeezereel.com from the address on your account with your order reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider that processed it, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Where the provider processes a refund on its own terms, its rules apply to timing.
