YK TECH INC
Delivery Policy
Effective October 7, 2026
1. Digital delivery only
SqueezeReel delivers digital results and digital credits. Nothing is shipped.
2. Results
When a job is done and has passed its checks, the page shows a download button. The download link works for 24 hours. Processing time depends on file size and current load, so a large file can take several minutes.
3. Credits
Credits from a purchase or a redeemed code are added to your account as soon as payment is confirmed or the code is accepted, usually within a minute. Your balance is shown on the Account and Credits pages.
4. If something is not delivered
If credits do not appear or a result cannot be delivered, email support@squeezereel.com. We fix it, return the credits, or refund the payment, as set out in the Refund Policy.
