Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

YK TECH INC, Denver, Colorado, United States operates SqueezeReel and is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: support@squeezereel.com.

2. What we collect

• Account data: your email address and the account identifier our sign-in service assigns. If you use Google, we receive what Google shares for sign-in (email and name).
• Your files: the video files you upload and the results we create from them, with technical facts about them such as duration, resolution, frame rate and size.
• Usage records: the file names, sizes and outcomes of your jobs, your credit balance and redemptions, and how many files you have processed today.
• Network data: your IP address, used for security and, if you are not signed in, to apply the daily free allowance. We store it only as a keyed hash for that purpose, not in readable form.
• Messages: what you send to support, and your email address if you join the paid-plans notification list.

3. How we use it

• To run the Service: process files, check results, let you download them, apply allowances and credits.
• To keep the Service safe: prevent abuse and fraud, and fix faults.
• To support you and to send service messages such as sign-in codes and receipts.
• To tell you when paid plans open, only if you asked to be told.
• To meet legal duties such as tax and accounting records.

4. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your videos to train models. We do not look at the content of your files except where needed to investigate a failure you report to us, and then only with your permission.

5. How long we keep files

Uploaded files and results are deleted automatically about one day after they are created. Download links expire after 24 hours.

If we cannot process a file, we record its name, type, size, the failure reason and where the upload was stored. We may keep a copy of that file as a test sample, separate from other data, for up to 90 days so we can add support for it. You can ask us at the support address to delete it sooner. You are never charged for a file we cannot process.

6. Payments

Card and payment details are handled by the third-party payment provider that acts as merchant of record at checkout. We do not receive or store full card numbers. We receive the order result, the amount and the contact details needed to deliver credits and answer support questions.

7. Service providers and international transfers

We use cloud infrastructure, email delivery, sign-in and payment providers to run the Service. They process data only on our instructions or, for the payment provider, under its own role as merchant of record. We operate from the United States, so your data may be processed there and in other countries where our providers operate. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict some processing, and to withdraw consent. Email support@squeezereel.com to use these rights. To delete your account, email us from the address on the account; we delete the account and its job records within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Children

The Service is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we post the new version with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice before it applies to data we already hold.
