Copyright and DMCA Policy

1. Our approach

We respect intellectual property. SqueezeReel processes files that users upload privately and returns results to the same user; it does not publish them. If you believe a file is being processed in a way that infringes your copyright, tell us.

2. Sending a notice

Send a notice to support@squeezereel.com with the subject "Copyright notice". Include:

• Your name and contact details.
• A description of the work you say is infringed.
• Information that lets us find the material, such as the job reference or account email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-notice and repeat infringers

If we remove material, we tell the account holder, who may send a counter-notice with the same level of detail. We may restore material after a counter-notice unless the complainant tells us they have started legal action. We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.
